A look at how Maison Lumière approaches events at very different scales, from first conversation to final execution.

The Executive Dinner

A client relationship leader reaches out about a dinner marking the close of a major partnership. Twelve guests, senior leadership on both sides, downtown Toronto, six weeks out.

We meet to understand the relationship, the tone they want and any sensitivities in the room. From there we source three private dining rooms that fit the guest count and the moment, curate a seasonal tasting menu with the chef and build a run of show down to when toasts happen and when the room should feel most relaxed.

The Evening:

We arrive first and leave last. Our client and their guests experience a seamless dinner, precisely timed and warmly hosted, free to focus entirely on each other. Nothing about the planning is visible in the room, which is exactly the point.

The Product Launch

A company is launching a new product line to two hundred media, partners and clients. They need one accountable partner to manage the full production, not five separate vendors reporting to five different people internally.

We lead discovery on the brand's goals for the evening, then assemble and manage the partner team, venue, AV and production, catering, staffing and décor, against a single integrated timeline. Weekly check-ins keep the internal team informed without requiring them to manage vendors directly.

Every partner reports through us. The client's team walks in as guests at their own event, with one point of contact managing any issue that comes up in real time. The event runs to plan because the plan was built the way a national program is built, with clear ownership, a detailed timeline and no single point of failure.

Booking & Deposits

To secure your dates, a deposit is required upon confirmation. Final pricing is based on service, timing and availability.

We recommend booking early, particularly for larger productions and peak seasons, as availability is limited.
